Champagne De Castelnau Blanc de Blancs Millésimé 2007
Ce 100% Chardonnay de l'excellent millésime 2007 est emblématique du "vieillissement prolongé" sur lies, spécialité de la maison Castelnau.
Les longues années passées dans les caves de la maison ont permis à ce champagne de développer une attaque menthol et miel frais. La bouche est crémeuse et patissière, pour terminer avec une pointe de moka. Quelle complexité !
Dans sa catégorie, c'est un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Avec un tartare de Saint Jacques, ce sera une merveille.
