Sur la montagne de Reims et avec des matières premières locales -céréales de la plaine de Champagne, eau pure de la source de son grand-père- , Thierry Guillon, un gentil fou ingénieur agronome, conçoit, produit et élève depuis une vingtaine d'années des malts aux finitions originales.
Pour cette cuvée "Finition BANUYLS" : Elevage de près de 2 ans (après un premier élevage en fûts de Bourgogne) en vieux fûts de Banuyls.
