C'est le cas et c'est bien; au nez, ça "ronfle" comme on dit chez moi; un concentré de cassis, cerise et violette, terminant sur un accent de girofle et de fumé.
Belles alliances de notes poivrées et épicées, et une touche de réglisse qui domine un boisé léger.
