Syrah Viognier du Château de Rousset
Dans ce coin des Alpes de Haute Provence, près de Gréoux-les-Bains, comme c'est autorisé en Côte Rotie, une pointe de viognier est assemblée -dès le début de la vinification !- à cette belle syrah pour lui apporter une note fraîche voire féminine.
Les fruits noirs biens mûrs laissent percer une sensation florale, un soupçon de mandarine. Bel équilibre. Un sacré petit rouge au caractère bien trempé !
